Matthew Nace

Matthew Nace is an accomplished attorney at Fay Law Group, where he represents individuals and families in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, serious motor vehicle and trucking collisions, wrongful death, terrorism claims, and Camp Lejeune water contamination.

A native of the Washington metropolitan area, for decades, Matthew has represented clients facing life-changing injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, birth injuries, paralysis, and other permanent disabilities. His work often involves complex medical and legal issues, and he brings a thorough, determined approach to every case he handles.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Matthew represents victims of terrorist attacks and their families in complex claims arising from acts of international terrorism. He also represents individuals and families affected by water contamination at Camp Lejeune, helping clients navigate the unique legal process surrounding these claims.

Matthew is an active leader in the local and national trial-lawyer community and has held leadership positions with several prominent legal organizations throughout his career.

Matthew earned his B.A. from Dickinson College in 2003 and his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, West Virginia, numerous federal courts, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Outside of his legal practice, Matthew remains active in youth athletics. A former collegiate athlete who played four years of baseball and two years of football at Dickinson College, he now enjoys coaching his children’s football, baseball, and softball teams.
