Caragh G. Fay is the Managing Partner of Fay Law Group and a leading force behind the firm’s continued success. As the next generation of leadership at the firm, she worked alongside her father, founder Thomas Fortune Fay, carrying forward the firm’s decades-long commitment to representing individuals and families facing some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives.

With more than a decade of legal experience, Caragh has developed a distinguished practice handling complex, high-stakes matters involving terrorism claims, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and general negligence. She has played an integral role in securing significant recoveries for victims of terrorism and their families, helping clients navigate extraordinarily complex federal litigation and pursue justice against those responsible for acts of terror.
