Evidence you gather can make a big difference in your claim

When you are involved in a car accident, taking pictures and gathering evidence isn't likely going to be at the top of your list of things to do. If you can, and if you think about doing so, you should consider taking pictures and gathering evidence because those can play a big part in your case if you opt to seek compensation.

Even if you aren't able to take pictures and gather evidence right when the accident occurs, you might be able to do so later. Take pictures of your injuries. Keep any evidence that you have, including clothing that was damaged during the accident. When we are preparing your claim for compensation, we can sort through the evidence you have to determine what can help your case and how.

If you are injured and need urgent medical care, you might be able to have someone else snap a few pictures for you. If not, getting pictures of the scene after the fact, as well as pictures of the damage to your vehicle, might help you to back up your claims for compensation.

You should also keep copies of any paperwork you get, such as medical documents or property damage reports. The more evidence we have to present with your case, the better since the evidence can be used to support your claims.

We understand that having to handle all of this might be difficult. We can help you to get the evidence you need as we work to prepare your case. It is better to have evidence that you don't need to use instead of wishing you had collected evidence that you later find you need.
